The CO³ department, led by experienced business economist Karin Kafesie, will bring structure to knowledge transfer and introduce innovative networking approaches.

VIG CEO Hartwig Löger emphasizes the three pillars of CO³—Collaboration, Cooperation, and Communication—symbolizing the mobilized forces within the group. Kafesie, with over 20 years of insurance sector experience, will play a crucial role in driving this initiative.

Previously responsible for strategic marketing and innovation management at Wiener Städtische Versicherung, Kafesie successfully led the corporate startup "viesure." Löger expresses enthusiasm for Kafesie's role, stating, "Communication is the be-all and end-all for any collaboration. With her expertise, she will make best practices visible and establish new ways of collaborating."
