ZEEKR partners with Qover for streamlined EV insurance in the Netherlands

Insurtech Qover has joined forces with luxury EV brand ZEEKR to introduce a tailored insurance program for private and fleet customers in the Netherlands. The collaboration offers three distinct insurance packages – Essential, Advanced, and Ultimate – simplifying the selection process for ZEEKR customers based on their coverage preferences.
Qover, specializing in embedded insurance orchestration, successfully launched the tailored insurance solution in just six weeks. The program covers Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) and Motor Own Damage (MOD), both backed by insurer Helvetia International Automotive. Notably, all three packages include battery cover, providing comprehensive protection for every ZEEKR vehicle.
The insurance offering is initially active in the Netherlands, seamlessly integrated into the customer journey. This move emphasizes ZEEKR's commitment to ensuring peace of mind for its first European customers, expected to receive their electric vehicles by the end of 2023.
