In France, a referral agreement has been signed. Hello bank!, BNP Paribas' digital arm, will offer Orange Bank customers a streamlined account setup process, along with access to various banking services.
For customers in Spain, a commercial arrangement ensures continuity. Orange Bank clients will transition to Cetelem's digital banking solutions with support from both entities throughout 2024.
Both French and Spanish customers can continue using their Orange Bank accounts until receiving guidance on the transition process.
Additionally, Orange and BNP Paribas Personal Finance are developing a credit solution tailored for mobile device financing.
