CaixaBank and Correos have introduced Spain's pioneering telephone-based cash delivery service, responding to the need for accessible cash services nationwide. Exclusively available to CaixaBank clients, this innovative offering allows individuals to request cash deliveries ranging from 60 to 500 euros with a straightforward phone call. Utilizing Correos' extensive network, cash is securely delivered to customers' doorsteps.

Remarkably, CaixaBank imposes no additional fees beyond Correos' 7.15 euro delivery charge, enhancing accessibility for users. This initiative particularly benefits approximately 900,000 individuals residing in areas lacking traditional banking infrastructure, ensuring financial inclusivity across Spain.

Moreover, the collaboration outlines future plans for CaixaBank clients to conduct cash transactions at Correos' service points, further bolstering convenience and accessibility.

As the leading bank with the most extensive network of branches and ATMs in Spain, CaixaBank is steadfast in its commitment to financial inclusion. Through initiatives like mobile offices in rural areas and expansion efforts, including adding services to 484 new rural municipalities, CaixaBank aims to meet the diverse needs of communities across the country.

Correos, in tandem, plays a crucial role in advancing financial inclusion, particularly in rural and digitally underserved regions. By facilitating access to cash and essential financial services, Correos contributes to economic development and territorial cohesion throughout Spain.

Together, CaixaBank and Correos are not only innovating in financial services but also fostering an environment where individuals, regardless of location or background, can access the resources they need to thrive economically. This collaboration exemplifies a shared commitment to empowering communities and driving progress nationwide.
