This partnership between Pacifica and Murfy entails both a financial and operational collaboration in the realm of appliance repair and reconditioning.
For Crédit Agricole Assurances, this initiative aligns with its societal project aimed at fostering a transition to a less carbon-intensive economy. As part of its upcoming multi-risk home insurance offering, launching in June, Crédit Agricole Assurances will provide customers with the option to prioritize repair or refurbished appliances in the event of a claim. This will leverage the expertise of skilled and responsive teams located nearby.
For Murfy, Pacifica's investment will enhance the visibility of its repair services and reconditioned appliances to a wider audience in France. This aligns with Murfy's mission to make repair accessible to everyone. With Pacifica's support, Murfy plans to expand its presence across France, including upcoming ventures in the southeast, and establish new training centers for repair technicians to meet the growing demand.
