Chase, a leading US bank, has unveiled a series of new digital products aimed at helping small business owners tackle their most pressing challenges. Recognizing cash flow, staffing, and revenue growth as top concerns, Chase is rolling out innovative services to address these pain points and foster business growth.

Create and send invoices electronically

Starting in May, Chase Business Complete Banking customers will have access to a digital invoicing solution at no extra cost. Through chase.com or the Chase Mobile app, small business owners can:

Easily create professional invoices sent via text or email
Provide customers with payment options, including Zelle or check

Customers using Chase QuickAccept can securely take credit card payments, benefiting from same-day deposits, automatic online invoice updates, and higher daily acceptance limits.

Get actionable insights

Chase is launching Customer Insights, a powerful business intelligence platform available for Chase for Business customers who accept credit card payments. They'll receive:

Marketing and loyalty program suggestions based on sales trends
Staffing recommendations based on peak transaction periods
Expansion opportunities based on customer ZIP codes

Customer feedback has been positive, with business owners highlighting the platform's ability to define their customer base and optimize marketing efforts.

Send payments faster

Chase has introduced an online Payments hub, offering secure, on-demand payment options for vendors and employees. Business customers can:

Send large sums of money quickly and securely
Reduce check writing and mailing
Choose delivery methods (Standard, Same-Day, or Real-Time)
Pay per transaction rather than a flat monthly fee

Chase is one of the first banks to offer real-time, same-day, and standard ACH (electronic) payments without a flat monthly fee.

Accept contactless payments via iPhone

Chase now offers Tap to Pay for iPhone, exclusively for business customers using Chase QuickAccept to accept payments. This feature allows businesses to seamlessly and securely accept contactless payments using only an iPhone and supporting iOS app.

Get complimentary business expertise, local networking

In celebration of National Small Business Month, Chase for Business is hosting 'The Experience' events, offering small business owners complimentary, all-day expos packed with learning, including one-on-one marketing consultations, networking opportunities, and thought leadership sessions to help them grow.
