Simpler, faster, and lighter

Mi Bancolombia is a fully cloud-based application, ensuring faster performance and reduced storage requirements on mobile devices. Processing an impressive 1,400 transactions per second, the app offers seamless operations tailored to modern financial needs. Notably, it allows users to view real-time account balances during transfers, access detailed loan payment histories, and easily retrieve essential documents such as statements and certificates.

Small changes with big benefits

The new app introduces customization features, including dark mode for energy savings and reduced eye strain, as well as the ability to personalize user profiles. New customers can open a savings account entirely through the app, making the onboarding process 100% digital.

A smooth transition for users

Bancolombia has emphasized that 99% of daily transactions are already accessible on Mi Bancolombia, ensuring continuity for its 9 million users. However, users are encouraged to keep the original App Personas installed temporarily, as certain features are still in transition.

Focused on evolving customer needs

Gabriel González, Vice President of Distribution and Customer Interactions at Bancolombia, highlighted the bank's dedication to meeting evolving customer expectations: “This upgrade reflects our goal to create a faster, more efficient ecosystem, blending advanced technology with a better multichannel experience.”

Mi Bancolombia signifies a bold step forward in Bancolombia’s digital transformation journey, promising a smarter, more accessible banking experience for millions of Colombians.
