Nubank Ultravioleta is expanding its digital travel service, Nu Viagens, with the rollout of a new Price Alert feature. The tool enables users to track airfare fluctuations and receive notifications when ticket prices drop for selected routes and dates. Once a Price Alert is activated, the platform monitors changes and sends updates via app notifications and email.

Additionally, customers who book a flight through Nu Viagens and see a further price reduction within 30 days are eligible for a refund of the difference—up to R$ 500.

Hotel discounts in Florida and beyond

Alongside the Price Alert tool, Nubank Ultravioleta members can now access hotel discounts of up to 50% in select Florida locations, including Fort Lauderdale and Kissimmee. The offer runs from May 19 for one month or until discounted rooms sell out. Additional travel deals are available for destinations such as Paris, New York, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Cancun, Lisbon, London, and Tokyo, with discounts ranging from 20% to 50%.

These offers are located within the “Nu Viagens: Flights & Hotels” section of the app.

Flexible payment and customer support

Nu Viagens allows users to pay for travel in up to eight interest-free installments using NuPay, Nubank’s internal payment solution. Customers also receive 1% cashback, with the potential for returns up to 200% of the CDI. Travel support is available around the clock via in-app chat or by phone, adding an extra layer of assistance for travelers.

The updates reflect Nubank's broader push to integrate financial and lifestyle services, positioning Nu Viagens as a central hub for digitally managed travel.
