Chase launches exclusive shopping platform for cardmembers

New portal blends rewards with retail.

Chase has introduced The Shops at Chase, a dedicated e-commerce platform available exclusively to its cardmembers. The new site allows users to shop directly from a curated selection of high-end brands using their Ultimate Rewards points, their Chase card, or a combination of both. Brands currently featured include Ray-Ban, Dyson, Tory Burch, TUMI, and Breitling, among others.

This rollout builds on Chase’s earlier retail integrations, such as its Apple Ultimate Rewards store, and aims to create a more personalized shopping experience. In addition to regular product offerings, the platform will feature rotating promotions. A launch offer running through July 11 includes 15% savings on products from CALPAK, Dyson, Solo Stove, and select Therabody items.

Curated and personalized selections

The Shops at Chase is designed to offer a streamlined, brand-forward experience across multiple categories like travel, electronics, home, and wellness. In time, the platform is expected to expand with new brands and product recommendations tailored to user interests.

While rewards-based shopping is not new, the integration of curated brands and seamless checkout—complete with pre-filled shipping information—adds a layer of convenience. The portal is accessible via Chase.com and the Chase Mobile App for eligible cardholders, including those with Freedom, Sapphire, and Ink cards.

Part of a broader benefits strategy

The platform is part of JPMorgan Chase’s wider effort to enhance non-banking experiences tied to its cards, complementing other features like Chase Offers, which provides cash-back incentives for purchases from partner brands. With The Shops at Chase, the bank is moving further into the retail space, blending points-based redemption with traditional e-commerce in a bid to keep customers engaged—and spending—within its ecosystem.
