Accenture and Efma are pleased to present the second edition of the study focused on best ideas and insights for Banks from the Retailing Sector - named “RE-banking”. After the success of the first retailization study, REBanking aims to provide retail banks with inspiring initiatives from Top Players in non-banking sectors to help them become truly Customer Centric. The study addresses the hot topics in customer engagement identifying the winning capabilities for retail banks to build trusted environment, re-think customer experience personalized and omnichannel, and re-structure distribution&marketing organization in order to really put customer first. More than 200 innovative practices in 7 non-banking industries have been analyzed and qualified interviews with C-level marketing directors in leading global retail banks have been conducted. REBanking is now “on the field” to help banks in strengthening their relationship with customers.
