Project Activity Reporting & Task Handling System (PARTH) Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2025

To overcome the challenges in project execution and governance, PNB developed PARTH (Project Activity Reporting & Task Handling System) as a centralized project management portal. The following actions were taken to ensure its successful development and implementation: The PARTH system transformed project management at PNB by: • Eliminating manual project tracking → Replaced spreadsheets & emails with an automated system. • Enhancing Transparency & Accountability → Clear visibility of responsibilities & deadlines. • Improving Strategic Oversight → Senior executives can now monitor projects in real time. By leveraging technology, PARTH significantly enhanced project governance, operational efficiency, and collaboration at PNB. This initiative ensured that projects were completed on time, and aligned with the bank’s business objectives, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and agile organization. Project Governance structure consists of the following stakeholders: a. Application Owner Division • Responsibility of project implementation through creation of project in portal. • Responsibility of planning and execution to meet the project objectives. • Tracking and monitoring project progress. • Escalate issues to Sr. Executives/Core CFT b. Supporting Divisions: • Provides Strategic direction • Helps project owner navigate through different activities of the project. c. Steering Committee: • Provides a stabilizing influence so organizational concepts and directions are established through a bird eye view. • Ensure business objectives are being adequately addressed and the project remains under control
