This innovation enhances the money withdrawal process at ATMs by allowing customers to use the fastPay mobile app instead of a card. The main aim of the app is to enhance the user experience and ensure loyalty. In the fastPay mobile wallet app, user taps on the microphone icon on the dashboard. After tapping the icon, fastPay is ready to listen to the user’s command, such as “Give 100 Liras to me” or “I want 100 Liras.”. As it’s receiving the command, fastPay finds the closest ATM using integrated location services. If the user has not accepted the use of location services before, a pop-up menu asks for permission. Once fastPay has found the nearest ATM, the system sends it two random words. When the customer goes to the ATM, these two words appear on the screen alongside a request for the customer to approve the transaction. If everything is OK, the user must read the words into his/her smartphone’s microphone while the fastPay is running. The fastPay app quickly identifies the voice, authorises it and ensures the words match. If they do then the ATM dispenses the money.
