Online Kredi), is the general purpose loan offered by Finansbank to its customers who use digital channels and is delivered via Finansbank’s Internet banking and mobile banking applications. Going out to find a branch or providing documents are not required for using Finansbank’s online general purpose loan product. Online Kredi was developed by Finansbank’s General Purpose Loan Product Management and Business Development Office teams. Online Kredi is for; • Helping our customers meet their financial needs regardless of when they need and where they are. Our customers can apply online in a few minutes and instantly see the loan amount the Bank offers to them. • Making it fully digital and easier to apply for and use general purpose loans which require time and physical effort for customers. Applying for and using general purpose loans had to become always on, mobile, transparent, supported with timely notifications. • Achieving higher customer satisfaction in branches, through converting on-air time used by our Relationship Specialists during loan application procedures to a more value added time used for financial advice about more complicated financial products.
