The innovation provides a new service to DenizBank’s Internet Banking customers that enhances the customer experience and eases their lives. As Internet Banking Management team, we provide an easy access to e-government system with no password received from government. They can log in to e-government system with their internet banking username and password from both Denizbank Internet Banking site and e-government website. DenizBank is the first bank in Turkey that integrated e-government system into Internet Banking channel. By this service, DenizBank served as a model for all Turkish banking industry. As Internet Banking Management team, we worked on this Project together with DenizBank technology subsidiary Intertech, Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Transport, Maritime and Communications and Türksat A.S. We gained 50.000 more online banking customers. 53,585 different people logged into e-government through AçıkDeniz Internet Banking channel. The total number of logins to e-government system through AçıkDeniz Internet Banking is 96,370. Daily on average, 940 people log in to e-government for the first time. %2 of Internet Banking users log into e-government system without any password.
