Intesa Sanpaolo launched a new PFM solution fully integrated with the recently introduced real time CRM and the innovative deal program, IN OFFERTA.
The solution has been designed having in mind both individual and business Customers:
• Bank’s individual Customers have the chance to access to “Gestione spese” (PFM), an online and multi-device tool that allows to manage expense and income in a graphic, usable and aggregated environment integrated with personalized and contextual discounted offers for one out of three transaction
• Bank’s Business Customers have the unique opportunity to build contextual and competitive offers for their Customers through the “IN OFFERTA” service and consequently reach highly segmented targets in a “media campaign” manner by buying communication spaces on bank’s channels
Moreover, the platform combines browsing data, transactions and PFM information (e.g. categorized expenses as well as user-generated saving goals) in order to outline Customers targets, in terms of interests and purchase habits, and therefore match the offers uploaded by Business Customers with the right bank's Customers profiles.
The project is a real opportunity for the Bank’s Business Customers to efficiently increase sales thus pursuing their commercial goals.
Uniqueness of the project
The combined solution of the new PFM solution and the “IN OFFERTA” loyalty program includes the following unique features:
• a cutting-edge PFM engine, able to categorize and analyze 500 MLN transactions per year as well as to provide Customers with the chance to proactively set up short term saving goals and create new categories (such as “family related expense” or “hobby’s related expenses”) while having them constantly organized in an easily understandable infographic manner
• more than 200 digital communication spaces personalized, real time and transaction based, for Business Customers to organize highly segmented campaigns with their always updated deals and offers
• the pivotal integration of the “IN OFFERTA” program into the PFM engine making it possible to build the “so what” on top of the analytical effort and therefore well display valuable and saving oriented offers to Customers
