Innovation presentation
Widiba, after only 20 months from launch, tried to innovate the way people talk to customers by offering a smart and disruptive interaction.
The client in daily usage want to search easily any information he needs without filtering out complicated menus or but only by putting a keyword in a search engine using his natural language.
Based on this operational need of simplicity we worked to Widiba 2020 project. The entire operations of the bank concentrated in a smart search engine where customers can search all data and make easy and fast transactions, without having to learn how to do it.
The creation of this simple interaction allows to offer customers a unique experience and to operate with the same gestures used in everyday life.
Besides being provided with a smart engine that renews the interaction, customers can completely personalize home banking from look to content. In fact they have the possibility of building their interaction through over 25 widgets offered by the bank, ranking data according to related importance.
The project was developed completely in-house with internal resources and involved the cooperation of all departments with a single focus for all customers and his experience.
After three months from launch more than 80% of transactions are made by the search engine and about 20% of customer has customized home banking with widgets.
Uniqueness of the project
The elements featuring new Widiba 2020 project have undoubtedly created a new way to interact with a bank’s interface. Instead of classic navigation menu or fragmented information in dozens of pages, the uniqueness lies in being the first and only ones being able to collapse the entire bank in a smart and intelligent search engine where is possible to search functions and data, make operations and to direct the customer with speed to the requested section. Le engine leverages on big data in order to allow the customer to easily find what he wants and to drive him through the bank supported by a behavioral algorithm.
Disruptive are also the possibility to choose the look of home banking between 25 backgrounds that represent different moods and to customize favorites section through widgets that the customer wants to monitor and can give a rating after each interaction.
