The average amount of a Spanish mortgage is around 100.000€ and with a length of approx. 18,4 years and 45% of Spanish owners are still paying their mortgages.
In this vital crucial moment you really need someone to trust, that´s why we launched BBVA Valora, a pioneer and free service for all citizens. Based on all public data from governmental institutions and real estate companies, BBVA Valora allows you to know from every digital device what are the main characteristics of every single Spanish house, (flats, lofts, bungalows…), no matter if it’s on sale or rent, or not. It provides you its market sale or rent price, the exact location, construction´s year, living surface, but also the neighborhood equipment (parks, public services, commercial areas, .) to help them discovering if that will be their perfect living area depending on their requirements/wishes.
BBVA Valora also based on your economical capabilities asses you in a personalized way the financial possibilities to buy the desired house and its impact in your financial healthiness, highlighting the convenience or not of such investment and the recommended BBVA mortgage for the solicitor. But also giving access to all the expenses and costs related with the house acquisition (taxes, register, commissions…).
This project has been launched by BBVA Spain through 3 teams of its Digitsal Transformation Area (Smart Decision Making, Digital sales and UX) and in cooperation with BBVA Madiva S.L.
Uniqueness of the project
BBVA Valora is a Pioneer service, has been the very first service that combines governmental and real estate companies information to put it at the service of all citizens. Collecting the info from all these sources, combining it and producing relevant and transparent information with understandable results has been an incredible challenge.
It has also been designed in an omnichanel approach to ensure the right experience from all digital channels but also combining it with BBVA branches systems to also provide the BBVA employees at branches the same capabilities than in the digital world.
