At Ponto BB, visitors have the opportunity to explore technological innovations, new banking solutions and forms of service that go beyond conventional ones.
The location in the Recife Antigo neighborhood is strategic, as the location includes the largest technology hub in the country, Porto Digital, with 350 companies in the sector and 17 thousand professionals.
In Recife we have more than 1 million customers and at Ponto BB they find the digital practicality of the BB App mixed with the immersive, technological and integrated experience of a physical agency for managing their finances.
Highlights include innovations being tested, such as the BB Service Booth, BB Hologram, BB Experimentation Table, BB Concierge Robot, BB Showcase, Arena for Courses and Lectures and a Café: • Service Booth - Assistance with financial services in a resolute and informative way in a phygital space with the .BB team. • Hologram - Interactive tutorials that give new meaning to the way you access products and services. In this case, we offer a personalized bank card. • Experimentation Table - Discovery area focused on new developments, with Solutions for the visiting public. Examples: -Legal Entities: customers have access to the Panel and the Legal Entities League, which are financial organization and business management solutions; -Rolê que Rende: a board game with the aim of developing financial skills in a playful way; -New solutions being tested at BB (modular): for example, contracting Consortia in a simplified way; -and games like Brablox, our BB journey in the open world of Roblox. • Robô Concierge - Combination of technology and personalized service guided by Robô Ana, who provides answers about what Ponto BB is, its location and solutions available in the space. • BB Showcase - Opportunity to explore exclusive offers and partnerships from major brands. We highlight the physical dissemination of existing products and solutions at Shopping BB, which allows customers to find what they need to save time and money, and purchase products and solutions digitally (QR Code), all in the same place. Shopping BB is our main BaaP (Bank as a Platform) initiative, also adding the concept of beyond banking. And Ponto BB allows this experimentation in a physical environment, materializing these new concepts for visitors. • Arena .BB - Space for sharing knowledge (lectures, courses, conversations), involving partners from the Porto Digital ecosystem, strategic partners at national level and Bank units. The agendas involve the premise of links with the BB brand territories: culture, technology, sports, sustainability and financial education. • Café: Space for coffee and buffet support for events.
