The App Re-engagement strategy in SEM has been crucial to identify new business opportunities outside the usual environment, impacting Caixabank customers with highly relevant messages, simplifying the whole process of raising a loan. To reach our business objective it was crucial to implement several solutions to target our clients with highly relevant paid-media campaigns and making their user experience flawless on mobile: the App was configured to load the commercial landings by deeplinking in order to deliver and update quickly the best content for the user. At the same time, the CaixaBank App and our internal solutions were improved to have the capability to properly identify our clients, even when they were not logged into the private area: this represents a complex process for financial entities due to legal restrictions and the complexity of the multi-touch funnel. Thanks to the configurations of our systems, we could clearly determine at a second stage the real impact on sales and ROI of the actions, across the different sales channels. The whole project resulted in a success that CaixaBank has already extended to other products capturing new business opportunities.
