After talking to more than 150 private individuals in 5 CEE markets we discovered that most people are struggling with managing their finances. The three main pain points mentioned are:
1. Confidence.
How to spend or save money wisely? So often I take decisions where I am not really sure about in the end. I wish I had more professional guidance – ideally based on lots of smart data.
2. Transparency.
Since money is such a taboo, how should I know if my financial decisions are the right ones. If only I could learn from how people like me are spending and saving their money?
3. Financial Literacy.
Nowadays everything is so complex and dynamic. Almost impossible to keep up with that pace. When it comes to money, I really would love to learn more to take well educated decisions.

This allows users not only to understand their personal finances, but also to see how other people in similar situations are doing it. This enables them to improve their money management and plan a stable and sustainable financial future.
