Bradesco's Financial Citizenship page is an innovative digital platform that centralizes content, tools and initiatives to promote financial education in a way that is accessible and integrated into clients' daily lives. Our concept is to treat financial education as a continuous and experiential process, connecting learning and financial management at the moment when the user really needs to make decisions. The aim is to increase people's financial autonomy, helping them to avoid debt, organize their finances and build reserves for unforeseen events, with a simple and multidimensional experience. The website includes online courses, videos, organization and financial planning tools that support customers and users in their decision-making process and in managing their finances on a daily basis. Topics such as organization and financial planning, using products and services to achieve goals, getting out of debt and building a financial reserve to withstand economic shocks are part of the portfolio of content available to everyone.
The innovation lies in the hub's integration with transactional and customer service platforms, such as the Bradesco app and the BIA virtual assistant, which makes it possible to offer timely and personalized support in line with users' real needs. This creates a competitive advantage by combining education, technology and financial services in a single environment, facilitating the expansion of users' technological and financial literacy The project was motivated by the low level of inclusion in financial and digital education in Brazil, aiming to democratize access to financial knowledge with an intuitive interface and multimedia content that facilitates learning for all levels of knowledge. The initiative involves various departments, such as Compliance, Corporate Education, Technology, Products, Customer Service and Marketing, ensuring an integrated, customer-oriented approach. Through the website and its connections, we have been able to encourage our clients and users to expand their personal repertoire in finance and support them in building greater autonomy and self-confidence in making daily decisions that contribute to achieving and maintaining their financial health.
