Bradescor Broker Onboarding Experience - SharePoint, led by Branch Operations, focuses on welcoming Bradescor brokers after the completion of their registration. The project was designed to standardize, humanize, and organize the information provided at the moment these brokers enter the Company, strengthening the relationship from the very first contact.

With the implementation of SharePoint as a data‑management tool, the project began to structure and centralize the information received, enabling continuous tracking and management of Bradescor brokers, while ensuring an improved experience from the start of their journey within the Company.

Its main objective is to offer a clear and welcoming onboarding journey, while establishing a reliable data foundation to support monitoring, decision‑making, and the continuous evolution of the relationship.
