Solution:
A centralized portal built exclusively for brokers, offering digital quotation journeys, member management, document uploads, servicing actions, real-time policy updates, and instant notifications—fully integrated with Takaful Alrajhi’s core systems.
Implementation:
Broker journeys were redesigned to reflect their unique needs. Tailored UX was deployed, enabling brokers to request quotes, add or remove members, upload documentation, monitor cases, and track status updates instantly. The portal runs with partial and full STP processes, reducing dependency on manual intervention.
