We have created an integrated travel platform for Disney that combines tourism products (tickets, accommodation, tickets, insurance) with financial solutions. The big difference is the exclusive credit card, which allows customers to pay for their trip in up to 18 installments, making the Disney dream more accessible and better planned. Our goal is to offer a complete and enchanting experience, from planning to post-travel, with convenience, security and personalization. The innovation lies in the unprecedented integration of tourism and finance, centralizing everything in a fluid digital journey, with the backing of one of the largest financial institutions in the country. While competitors act in a fragmented way, our proposal stands out for reimagining the business model, connecting different sectors - Customer Experience, Products, Marketing, Technology and Partnerships - in an ecosystem that delivers real value to the customer. The motivation came from actively listening to customers, who pointed out difficulties in planning and financing international trips. The answer was a solution that transforms the shopping experience into something magical, accessible and seamless. The results are aimed at increasing the organization's revenue and improving customer satisfaction by reinventing the way Brazilians make their dreams come true with financial intelligence and enchantment.
