New Small Business remote service channel to improve efficiency and agility in response to customer’s current behavior, which is becoming more digital. The space was designed to encourage new working models (more collaborative and integrative) and it brings solutions focused on operational efficiency with a better employee experience. To achieve that, we have applied concepts from WELL Certification such as comfort, biophilia, acoustic materials, mind care, nutrition and movement. A dynamic and functional workspace that encourages teamwork, purpose, collaboration and desire to belong. Employees should be proud and motivated in this environment. Evolve remote customer service´s mockup, bringing more efficiency to the space, improving the employee experience and reflecting Business´ identity.Inspiration came from open offices, input from employee survey, visual references from technology offices. Small Business service division, architecture, design and engineering. Increase of NPS of both client and employee.
