This project represents a comprehensive digital transformation that consolidates all Pension and Life insurance sales processes into one centralized, multi‑channel digital platform.
Technical Transformation: Migrated from monolithic structures to a Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) powered mini‑service architecture. Unified all sales services under a Generic API layer, enabling reusability across all channels. Containerized the entire platform on Red Hat OpenShift, creating a fully cloud‑ready environment. Centralized identity and authorization using OracleLDAP and Red Hat SSO. Normalized database structures on Oracle & IBM DB2 for improved performance and data integrity.
Delivered a fully redesigned, modern React‑based UI/UX optimized for speed and simplicity.
Business Transformation: Sales processes became fully digital, eliminating paper, physical presence, and manual steps. Call center, branch, mobile app, and Bi’Tıkla channels now share the same core services, enabling a seamless, unified and consistent sales experience across the entire ecosystem.
