Mobile wallets has become a popular means of payment for many of our markets. Insights reveal that this payment method will continue to be popular because of its ease of use. The wave of mobile money means we need to deliver banking services on a multitude of platforms and channels. As part of a Region-wide partnership with MTN, we have enabled our POS terminals to accept payments from MTN wallet holders using their existing mobile money wallets. We have started in Ghana and will extend to Uganda and Zambia in the coming weeks.
