The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) offers a versatile mobile payment application that allows users to safely and conveniently: • Open a virtual card prepaid account; • Cash-in and Cash-out facilities; • Fund Transfer; • Pay bills to more than 800 government and private partner merchants enrolled in the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal; • Buy load for prepaid mobile phones, electricity, transport/tollway RFID accounts; • In-app and online purchase (e-Commerce); • Local cash remittances through the LBPadala; • Linking of LANDBANK Credit and Prepaid Cards; • Scan to Pay via Quick Response (QR)Code; and • Tap to Pay via the mCommuter application (view balance and payment). • The LANDBANKPay is a payment application where both LANDBANK and non-LANDBANK clients can avail of the services of a mobile wallet. The Mobile Wallet is a virtual (cardless) wallet that offers mobile-based payment services by storing payment card information on a mobile device and a convenient way of making In-App payments, fund transfers, and other e-Commerce transactions using a smartphone. • Initial registration in LANDBANKPay, which only requires a customer’s Mobile Number, full name, and birth date, opens a Small Wallet account with a maximum balance limit of P20,000. • The LANDBANKPay Small Wallet account can be used to perform basic transactions, such as balance inquiry, buy load, bills payment to more than 800 government and private partner merchants enrolled in the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal, and cash-in via the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App (MBA), Link.BizPortal, LANDBANK Branches, and Agent Banking Partners nationwide. • Small Wallet account holders can request and receive funds from Full Wallet account holders. Customers can upgrade to a LANDBANKPay Full Wallet account by providing basic demographic information, uploading a valid government-issued ID, and taking a “selfie” to confirm their identity. • Full Wallet account holders will enjoy an increased maximum balance limit of P50,000 and LANDBANKPay’s full array of features, which include cash-in and cash-out facilities, fund transfers, buying load, online purchases, local cash remittances through the LBPadala, bills payment to more than 800 government and private partner merchants enrolled in the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal, Scan to Pay for making payments at merchant’s outlets, register, and tap to pay via mCommuter (transit application) and linking of LANDBANK Credit and Prepaid cards.
