With this innovation, Banco Bradesco meets the needs of our customers in terms of speed and convenience in the use of credit cards. When finalizing the request for a new card through the Bradesco App, the customer does not need to wait for the receipt of the physical copy to start their purchases, and can immediately enable it in their digital wallets (Google Pay/Samsung Pay/Apple Pay) to make purchases in stores online or in physical stores via contactless payment. The solution is available for Visa and Elo cards, requested daily until 5 pm, including on weekends. Among customers who request this solution, an average of 37% complete the card activation journey in digital wallets immediately afterwards.
