OCBC NISP is one of the first banks to have dedicated service for young productive customers (Emerging Affluent segment), while most banks only have dedicated service for Affluent segment. Our service, NYALA by OCBC NISP, provides access to affordable financial products starting from IDR20,000, access through both online and offline presence, supported with financial literacy classes and certified advisors to help young Indonesians in improving their financial literacy to be #FinanciallyFIT. Latest addition to the service is our tiered-benefit approach based on total relationship balance; the more they save and invest, the more benefit they will get.

NYALA by OCBC NISP is a service proposition designed for young productive Indonesians (ranging from 25 to 35 years old) that provides access to affordable financial packages that suit their needs, from savings, transactions, payments, and loans, to investment products. As part of our dedication to serving the market, we proudly present #FinanciallyFIT movement, where we encourage young Indonesians to improve their financial literacy through financial classes and advisory from the early stage of their career journey. This movement aims to improve the overall life quality of young Indonesians. NYALA by OCBC NISP has a tiered-benefit approach that rewards more benefits for customers based on total relationship balance, from basic banking products to wealth management products, so they will be encouraged to start to invest. While growing their wealth in the bank, they will benefit more along the way. Total relationship balance started as low as IDR1,000,000 and the benefit value can be up to 90x free transaction fees every month (transfer, withdrawal, payment/purchase), monthly cashback, free monthly streaming platform fees, and many more to come.
