Recognizing the increasing importance of motorcycle loans for Filipinos, especially amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Motorcycle Finance Group took proactive measures to enhance customer experience through digitalization. In response, they developed and launched the Electronic Motorcycle Document (eMCDO) app in February 2021, marking a leap forward in providing accessible and efficient financial solutions.
