Alışgidiş, which pioneered the "Buy Now Pay Later" (BNPL) shopping method in Turkey with the contributions of Fibabanka, offers an easy and advantageous shopping experience by providing the opportunity to buy now and pay later, independent of card limits, with multiple installments and high limit opportunities. It is an alternative payment method.

Innovation presentation

In our journey that we set out in 2022 with the motto "Smart Way of Shopping", we enable our customers to meet all their needs ranging from technology to textile and music, etc. from Alışgidiş, with tens of thousands of products from more than 55 brands in 15 different sectors, more than 12,500 physical and online sales points, as well as stores in Alışgidiş Mall (Digital Mall) in Fibabanka Mobile. Alışgidiş has gained more than 5 million customers to date, thanks to advantages such as high sector diversity in shopping at physical points, offering multiple installments and high limit opportunities, independent of card limits, as well as the opportunity to buy now and pay later with different payment options at Alışgidiş Mall (Digital Mall). It continues to gain more than 500 new Alışgidiş sales points every month and increase the product range for its customers with new stores in Alışgidiş Mall (Digital Mall).

In the period when new technologies change our habits, households are becoming digital, with smartphone ownership increasing to 77% and fixed line high-speed internet reaching 61%. In order to facilitate digitalization across the country, laws and regulations continue to be made rapidly on e-money, digital banking, service model banking and open banking. 55% of users need an application that contains more than one service, and the need for a single application/single point is increasing.

Alışgidiş makes it easier for customers to buy whatever they want without delay, with advantages such as shopping in long installments without using the card limits, being able to pay in installments even if they do not have a bank account, and having a ready-to-use limit before shopping. As for the sellers, Alışgidiş offers advantages such as having sales on the same platform, providing a solution to card limit insufficiency, having the opportunity to sell in installments in the longer term, reaching those who do not have a bank account, selling without the risk of not receiving collections, and being a safe and fast method.

Alışgidiş allows customers to get and go immediately with whatever they want in the digital shopping mall with their Alışgidiş limits in addition to the debit or credit cards they use.
