Innovation presentation

In May 2023, Bank Millennium has released a new mobile app for business and corporate customers. Bank Millennium's new mobile app has been built from scratch in-house, designed using the best practices used by the bank in developing solutions for retail customers, and tested by clients. A user-friendly application, unique in terms of quality, ready to handle large volumes of data, has been created, targeting both small business owners and large corporations with extensive finance departments. Fully digitalised cooperation with companies is one of the bank's strategic objectives. For several years now, there have been areas of customer collaboration where 100% of businesses use digital channels! Now customers have got another tool in their hands – a new mobile app. MAIN FEATURES • Customers can log in with biometrics to the app both in Android and iOS version. 42% of users log in using biometrics. • In the app, multiple accounts can be managed simultaneously, in a single panel, and permissions for users can be assigned flexibly, according to the needs of the job. • Daily payments, which were identified as key, are very convenient. The application informs the user of a number of events on the account, e.g. receipts, blocked payments pending authorisation. The simple interface reduces the time it takes to carry out operations. Counterparties can be immediately checked against a white list of VAT payers. In addition, confirmations can be easily generated in the app, which can be sent by email, Whatsapp, Messenger, Viber or any other communicator. Payment management is straightforward, and the user can authorise payments quickly and securely. There are two tiles on the home screen - authorisation, rejected transfers. Those payments that are waiting to be authorised, clients can select and confirm with one click. One click is also enough to accept a whole bundle of orders. Customer can repeat a transfer from the transaction history. They can more easily order, for example, a payment to the Tax Office. • The bank also makes it possible to order foreign transfers in all currencies to IBAN accounts to countries outside the European Economic Area. The user enters the recipient's details, such as IBAN and the desired currency of the transaction, and the app takes care of the rest. • A SEPA transfer has also been introduced to the latest version. Money sent in this way appears on the recipient's account on the next business day. • The app gives a sense of security to users when authorising orders, which is particularly important for large companies with multi-level transaction approval structures. It shows the full history of orders, who entered, modified and authorised them before the user in question. • The app can be personalised by the user. The user decides what the dashboard looks like, can rearrange and hide elements, add quick shortcuts such as domestic transfer, foreign transfer, VAT, history, and can also set a dark mode. • The application offers context-sensitive help during use - the system suggests possible scenarios of use, e.g. for parameterisation of the home screen view or ways to select payments for authorisation. • In the latest version of the application, customers can operate multiple businesses without having to log in again. They make their selection when they first log in from the start screen and have access to a view of each of their businesses. • The app will soon gain another important feature. Customers will receive push notifications about new transactions awaiting authorisation or rejected transactions, etc.
