PNB Aarambh was developed to address the growing operational complexities and the inefficiencies caused by employees needing to navigate multiple applications for various tasks. This solution revolves around the concept of a Super App with a modular architecture to facilitate employee facing activities. The modular design allows different functions or services to be integrated seamlessly into a single platform, eliminating the need for employees to download and manage different applications. By consolidating multiple services within one app, PNB Aarambh eliminates the need for users to download and switch between different applications. This enhances monitoring and control and improves overall operational efficiency. Different modules of the app are listed below along with its uses: • Credit Score Checking (CSCR Module): This module allows users to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers, aiding loan decisions for housing loan, personal loans, and credit cards etc. The module requires essential details such as customer name and customer PAN. Users to select between two primary categories Retail advance(Housing Loan, Vehicle Loan, Education Loan, Loan Against Property, Gold Loan) or MSME advance(Mudra Loans and Other MSME Loans). We will Input loan amount and branch sol id (branch identifier for loan processing).Once the details are entered, the system sends a Customer consent Code to retrieve the customer's credit profile. The credit check leverages integrated databases to analyze the customer's financial history, repayment behavior, and overall creditworthiness. The CSCR Module ensures an approach to financial growth and risk management. Its robust functionality and user-friendly design make it a great choice for recognition in the Finacle Recognition Awards. • NPA (Non-Performing Asset) Module: This module enables real-time monitoring of accounts, allowing for timely intervention and enhancing risk management. Over crores in potential slippage into NPAs was prevented due to the proactive data which was provided by app. • Project Activity Monitoring (PARTH Module): This module facilitates monitoring project activities, streamlining project management PNB Security: The PNB Security module is a digital platform designed to enhance monitoring and control over the visits conducted by Security Officers and Fire Officers to currency chests and branches. This system enables officers in the field to seamlessly record their calls and visits, ensuring efficient tracking and management of these activities. It serves as a vital tool for improving operational transparency and accountability within the bank’s security framework. • Rajbhasha: This module enables the Head Office, Zonal Offices, and Circle Offices to monitor the activities of Official Language Officers, ensuring improved performance in their official language-related tasks. This module captures various key activities, including: o Inspections by external agencies o Internal inspections o Workshops and seminars o Suggestions for improving Rajbhasha implementation By recording these activities, the module supports better oversight and contributes to the continuous improvement of the bank's language-related efforts. • Recovery: This module enhances monitoring and control with a real time monitoring feature within Aarambh. This will enhance the bank's performance on various action points. • Pre-Sanction Visit: This module facilitates the recording and tracking of sanction visits. It captures essential information related to the verification of the borrower's residence and the identification of the property by visiting the customer's address. All relevant data is logged within the app for streamlined processing and better decision-making. This ensures comprehensive documentation for a well-rounded understanding of the borrower and their property, facilitating smoother loan processing. • Post Sanction Visit: The Post-Sanction Visit module allows officials to record and manage data related to post-loan sanction visits. In this module we will enter details as customer ID, after which the system fetches the associated loan accounts, displaying account names and their respective Sol Id. Officials are then required to select the visit type, which can be Primary, Secondary, or Both. Based on the selected visit type, the nature and status of the primary and secondary security are captured. Additionally, details such as the location of the visit and remarks are recorded to ensure comprehensive documentation of the loan account visit. This module streamlines post-sanction verification and enhances data management, supporting better decision-making and improved loan monitoring. • Mtouch: This module enhances monitoring and control by CRMD. It allows monitoring of digital and non-digital account.
