Post covid CBK re-introduced the Bank to Mpesa charges. However, in line with the I&M tagline of ‘We are on your side’ we listened to the voice of the customer and took a bold decision to Waive the bank to Mpesa charges for all personal transactional accounts. This is named The ‘Nisare kabisa’ campaign.
