Good resolutions are easy to take and much harder to keep on the long term. On WellBe, people are supported by their communities to stay motivated! They build their wellbeing communities, receive support and find great ideas of new challenges! WellBeing / Prevention is one of the strategic pillars of AXA to further develop its footprint on the health market. WellBe is a demonstration of what user experience AXA could bring to its customers on Group Health contracts. The concept was born as a solution to one of our key customer pain points: the lack of motivation to keep healthy behaviors and the lack of knowledge on what could be good for them. It intends to be the Spotify of wellbeing where users will discover great ideas of activity and be encouraged by their communities to pursue them. It’s a joint effort between HR department in entities, the Health Business Line at the Group and in the entities, the Digital Agency at the Group and AXA Group Solutions in Spain. The app has been launched in Luxemburg first towards AXA employees in March 2016. It will be launched in Japan and Malaysia as well inQ2 2016.
