Viva Longevidade is an application offered to Life and Pension clients, with the goal of encouraging healthy habits and promoting well‑being through a personalized health score. Its purpose is to offer benefits that customers can use during their lifetime, strengthening the relationship and demonstrating care for their quality of life.

The project was implemented to increase the value delivered to policyholders, going beyond traditional protection and positioning the organization as an active partner in the customer's health and longevity journey.
In a market where competitors still focus primarily on post‑life benefits, Viva Longevidade stands out by bringing practical, accessible innovation into the daily lives of customers.

Inspired by global references such as MyFitnessPal (which promotes monitoring nutrition and exercise) and Headspace (focused on mental well‑being and meditation), the app combines physical, emotional, and lifestyle indicators to offer a complete and personalized experience.
Additionally, Viva Longevidade engages users through interactive challenges that award Livelo points, making the health journey even more motivating.

Development involved the areas of Change Projects, Customer Care (Relationship), Marketing, Technology, and CRM, along with the strategic support of the international partner Dacadoo.
So far, key results include high user adoption, growing engagement with health‑tracking features, and strengthened brand perception as innovative and close to its customers.
