The new WOW value proposition for Life and Home is the result of almost two years of work, supported by more than 6,000 customer surveys and multiple working groups with the commercial network. The main objective is to position Sabadell Seguros as the best bancassurance offering in the Life and Home segments, combining market‑leading coverages, services that are useful from day one, and a clear focus on customer experience.
The new WOW value proposition for Life and Home products offers a clear range of two products (Sabadell Seguros and Sabadell Seguros Zenit) with three modalities (Basic, Plus and Premium), combining coverages and differentiated services in a podium-style structure with a transparent pricing model (in the case of Zenit, the same premium guaranteed for 36 months), simplifying the customer’s final decision and adapting to each person’s real needs.
LIFE
The new Life Insurance value proposition includes two products (Sabadell Seguros Vida – annual, and Sabadell Seguros Zenit Vida – three‑year), combining financial protection, wellbeing and differentiated services for three clearly defined segments (Adults under 50, Families, and 50+). It offers a clear range of three modalities for each segment (Basic, Plus and Premium), with stable pricing for three years, providing peace of mind and tangible value to customers and their families from day one.
Vida WOW was created as an evolution of Sabadell Seguros’ existing life insurance offering, integrating coverages and services into a single, simple and segmented proposal. It is supported by customer research (ethnographic studies and Conjoint analysis) to design a value proposition focused on the real needs of individuals at each stage of life, as well as a deep understanding of competitors and the insurance market’s positioning. Unlike traditional offerings focused exclusively on death coverage, Vida WOW incorporates health, wellbeing and support services, with a clear and competitive range.
HOME
The new Home Insurance value proposition includes two products (Sabadell Seguros Hogar – annual, and Sabadell Seguros Zenit Hogar – three‑year), offering a clear range of three modalities (Basic, Plus and Premium) that combine improved coverages, differentiated services and a transparent pricing model, making the customer’s decision easier, increasing conversion and strengthening long‑term loyalty.
Hogar WOW was created as an evolution of Sabadell Seguros’ existing home insurance offering. It is supported by customer research (ethnographic studies and Conjoint analysis), as well as knowledge of competitors and market positioning.
