Allianz France launches Clic&PAC, a new marketing campaign platform to support its 2 proprietary sales networks. Based on Adobe Campaign solution, this platform aims at empowering each sales intermediary and industrializing campaign execution. - Centralize customer solicitations: every marketing campaign is executed on national chains. Sales pressure on customers and prospects is managed globally (national & local), and for retail or SME markets - Automate campaigns which can be automatically triggered from a customer or a product event, - Optimize campaigns: fine-tuned targeting campaigns with new data from Data Management Platform using new behavioral customer data, with agility - Increase productivity: reduce the time and workload to build a campaign from minimal 16 weeks down to 1 hour, reduce risks of manual tasks and many files handling. Today only one person is necessary to build a campaign vs. 4 previously. Clic&PAC has been deployed to 2 proprietary networks, a salaried sales force and the tied agents network. Clic&PAC, a global platform allows each actor to create a dedicated local campaign plan in a few clicks, according to national action plan and using a common agenda. Clic&PAC gives more autonomy on the field to adapt lead management with the local constraints, and focuses sales force on sales performance and not on campaign execution. This tool allows launching a campaign in less than 2 minutes, ensuring the coherency with the national campaigns. 2016 ambitions are 50 000 local campaigns, more than 25 million customers national & local solicitations
