Less Time in non value added activities
The innovation consists in the automation of the Motor claims management Process. Through a technological platform based on semantic research and BPM processes, it has been possible to intercept, analyze and evaluate automatically the completness of the requests of the customers, collecting the main datas for the operator of the claims department that will be able to complete the settlement of the claims.Through the platform, it's possible for the users of the claims department to prioritize the requests, have an overall view of their tasks organizing their workload and, consequently, give quick returns to the final user.
