The project transforms the representative registration process through the creation of a SAP service integrated with Bradesco Expresso, capable of receiving structured data, automatically registering the Business Partner, sending information to legacy systems, and returning registration confirmation to the originating channel. The initiative aims to increase agility, reduce manual interventions and enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
Previously, registration was performed manually or through batch file uploads, which required more operational effort, increased processing time, and raised the risk of inconsistencies. The new solution replaces this model with a fully automated flow inspired by the batch‑registration logic but adapted to a modern service‑oriented architecture, with JSON‑based information exchange and no approval workflows.
By adopting practices aligned with digital transformation and systemic integration, the project positions the organization in line with market trends, approaching patterns used by more digitally mature competitors and establishing a competitive edge. Developed collaboratively by Technology, Business and digital channels, the project already shows relevant results, such as reduced registration time, elimination of manual steps, increased data reliability and creation of a scalable technological foundation prepared for continuous business evolution.
