One Zurich – Global Employee App Qorus Innovation in Insurance Awards 2022 - Winner

One Zurich is the all-in-one mobile application for Zurich employees. This innovation overcomes the scattered landscape of platforms, applications, and sites that employees had to access to take care of their day-to-day - often on a desktop, while logged into a VPN. Built for employees, by employees, the app brings key actions and information into one handy, modern interface that supports employees wherever they go. We launched an initial version of the app, focused on workspace booking and office information, last year in select business units. In early 2022, we began rolling out our expanded Core product offering, which includes the features listed below. The Core app will be rolled out to all business units globally (40+ units, 45k employees) this year, in their local languages - but this is just the beginning.
