SCOR Employer Brand is a global employer brand project designed to bring SCOR’s purpose and Employee Value Proposition to life through the platform “Make your mark. Act for society.” and the EVP “Empowering SCOR’s Future.” The project aims to make the role of reinsurance tangible and meaningful by showing how SCOR goes beyond risk assessment to analyze, anticipate and transform uncertainty - across health, climate, finance and technology - nto a lever for societal resilience, combining the Art and Science of Risk. Born from the need to strengthen pride of belonging, generate employee advocacy and attract top talents in a competitive market, the initiative was co‑created with more than 300 employees worldwide and delivered through a manifesto film and a global campaign featuring SCOR experts. Led jointly by Communications and HR, it has already reinforced internal engagement and clarified SCOR’s positioning as a purpose‑driven, innovative and socially connected employer.
