Background:
In 2021, we launched our Employee Ecosystem Initiative (OenZurich) aimed at revolutionizing the digital experience for our workforce. Over the past two years, our focus has been on initiatives related to the new hybrid way of working. We've constructed an ecosystem of mobile components, each dedicated to enhancing different aspects of the employee journey, including efficiency, workplace dynamics, and digitalization. Our overarching priority has always been to create exceptional user experiences and seamless integrations with enterprise systems.
Last year, we took our initiative to the next level by considering employees as our best ambassadors and more motivated customers. Introducing the OneZurich Workforce Ambassador Module, we developed a digital tool that provides employees with easy access to buy Zurich Insurance Products and a user-friendly interface to explore all the benefits available to them. This initiative is designed to not only enhance our corporate culture but also to empower our employees to become advocates for our products. We strongly believe that our workforce can be the most effective ambassadors for our services, fostering pride in the quality of the services they provide. It is what we call our Multiverse App as cover all the journey as employee but also as Customer/Ambassador
Uniqueness of the project
The uniqueness of the OneZurich Workforce Ambassador Module lies in its holistic approach to transforming the employee experience and leveraging our workforce as customer and ambassadors. Unlike traditional initiatives that focus solely on improving internal processes, our project goes beyond by recognizing employees as invaluable advocates for our brand and give them access to all set of benefits.
We have created:
1) Employee-Centric Perspective: Our initiative is centered around viewing employees as our best ambassadors. By providing them with a digital tool that facilitates easy access to Zurich Insurance Products and highlights available benefits, we empower our workforce to not only understand our offerings better but also to proudly represent our brand.
2) Cultural Transformation: The OneZurich Workforce Module is not just a technological solution; it's a cultural transformation. We firmly believe that employees can be the most effective advocates for our products and services. This cultural shift sets our project apart from initiatives that solely concentrate on technological enhancements.
3) Pride in Services: Our initiative aims to instill a sense of pride in our employees regarding the services we offer. By connecting them directly with our products and benefits, we create a unique bond that fosters a positive and enthusiastic representation of Zurich Insurance.
