Taiwan Life Insurance has launched an innovative contactless and safe digital insurance service model that provides sales agents with professional and relevant, smooth, and precise digital tools able to help them precisely understand customer needs. The model integrates and applies various different technologies, including facial biometric identification, interactive video calls, Speech to Text AI models, digital signature validation, open APIs for Google Maps, blockchain technology, and digital footprint analysis for data management platforms.

By integrating both physical and virtual elements, we have comprehensively optimized the customer experience, making the process more appealing and convenient for the customer. Taking advantage of the synergy between different tools and applications, we have changed our customer service and interaction model into one free of time and location restrictions and able to constantly keep track of customer progress. We are also able to actively reach out in the case of any abnormal changes, significantly reducing service times and costs and improving our ability to protect policyholder information and customer rights.
