Focusing on the creation of short journeys, based on the principles of the "One-click Design" concept, journeys were designed aiming to meet the needs of users in a fast, practical way, with fluid interaction and, mainly, the use of analytical intelligence in an embedded way. The proposal was to make the journeys more assertive by making them available to customers with a greater propensity to consume the transaction and in a personalized way, bringing unique elements of the customers to them – it would be the beginning of the practice of hyper-personalization.
