The concept of “User Journey Design” aims to address user needs in a swift, practical, and seamlessly interactive manner. It leverages the idea of “one-click design” and incorporates analytical intelligence tools.

Innovation presentation

Focusing on the creation of short journeys, based on the principles of the "One-click Design" concept, journeys were designed aiming to meet the needs of users in a fast, practical way, with fluid interaction and, mainly, the use of analytical intelligence in an embedded way. The proposal was to make the journeys more assertive by making them available to customers with a greater propensity to consume the transaction and in a personalized way, bringing unique elements of the customers to them – it would be the beginning of the practice of hyper-personalization.

Uniqueness of the project

The project is unique because it introduces the concept of offers and campaigns designed with an absolute focus on the customer. The customer’s behavior and their usage of their current account generate information that enables analytical intelligence to suggest what’s best for them. This represents an advanced model of hyper-personalization, where technology is harnessed for an innovation that is, at its core, conceptual: using customer data for the benefit of their experience. Furthermore, armed with this information and with most decisions made in a personalized manner, the customer has the option to sign up with just one click.
