Innovation presentation

The new Tapster ring offers speed and convenience of payment on any occasion because there's no need for the customer to carry mobile devices, cards, wallets or various connections.

The Tapster ring is water and shock resistant, is therefore also useful on sporting occasions and is also a distinctive and stylish feature with the various designs and colors available.

Through all these features, the new payment service has had a positive impact on the Intesa Sanpaolo Customer by helping to significantly improve the overall experience and offering a convenient and secure way to make payments.

Moreover, consistent with the goal of increasing the Bank's active costumer base, this innovation has attracted and impacted a new category of customers, particularly among the young (but also the not-so-young) and those who are technology-oriented, thereby increasing the adoption of digital financial technology solutions.

Obviously, the diffusion of the ring and its subsequent use also leads to an increase in cashless contactless transactions, reducing dependence on cash and improving payment efficiency by contributing to the evolution of the increasingly cashless society.
