Innovation presentation

As a top-tier retail bank in Hungary, we provide unique, relevant, and tailor-made bancassurance services for our customers. We have crafted a contextual user journey with our well-known insurtech partner that covers flight delay-related risks.

At the end of the development, we met our goals: 1. Stay embedded in the financial transactions! We are able to send a push notification right after the purchase of the flight ticket. "Hey! Have you bought your flight ticket? Cover it with flight delay insurance for only 5 EUR!" 2. Keep the application as simple as we can within George! We need only two inputs from the customers: the flight number and the date of the flight. 3. We do not want to bother our customers with cloudy claim settlement processes! We are able to settle the claim without any user interaction in a blink of an eye.
