MDS Connect involves the creation of an innovative platform that generates personalized micro-sites in seconds. These micro-sites are used to distribute insurance products to employees and clients of partner companies, leveraging the trust and reach of these partners for dissemination.

The platform allows for complete customization of the site, including structure, color scheme, and product catalog, providing personalized experiences to potential clients. Its operation is simple and does not require technical knowledge, allowing for speed and flexibility in creating new digital channels. The platform is integrated with other MDS systems, such as the CRM and chatbot, offering a fully digital experience and enabling real-time results tracking, facilitating data analysis.

The primary reason behind this project is to impact a new range of clients more directly than through traditional communication methods. By using this tool, we can reach employees or clients of partner companies directly, adding a layer of trust with the potential client compared to traditional marketing.

At the same time, the customization and segmentation of the offers contained in the sites help improve conversion and user satisfaction. Besides the direct impact on the client, the project also allows for operational gains, thanks to integrations with the CRM and a comprehensive dashboard that allows for real-time data analysis. This helps identify areas for improvement in our offerings and adjust them as necessary.

The innovation behind this project lies in its ability to transform what would typically be a highly technical and possibly time-consuming task into something simple and quick to do. Generating a micro-site through this platform can be done in seconds, depending on the desired level of customization, and does not require web development knowledge. Another advantage of the platform is its form builder, which can be integrated with an API, allowing for the quick creation of new insurance quote forms and sending this information through an API to the CRM. This project involves collaboration between various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service. So far, the main results include direct impact on new clients, improvements in conversion rates and user satisfaction, and significant operational gains.
