Connect is Ageas Seguros' digital training program designed to support the Mediation Network in building a solid, consistent digital presence that is aligned with the brand. Its mission is to strengthen the visibility of Mediators, increase their competitiveness, and enhance the evolution of their digital positioning through a model of continuous monitoring, professional content, and personalized guidance.
The program was created to respond to a specific need: many Mediators were facing difficulties in creating and maintaining a structured digital presence that was up-to-date and in line with consumer expectations. They complained about a lack of time, tools, skills, and consistency in communication. Connect was created as Ageas Seguros' integrated response, bringing together training, mentoring, content production, and close monitoring, allowing each Mediator to evolve at their own pace, but with continuous support.
Its originality lies in the complete ecosystem it offers: specialized training; individual mentoring and continuous monitoring tailored to each Mediator's level of maturity; professional photo shoots; updated digital content validated by the brand; and a set of tools that simplify daily work. This personalized support sets Connect apart from other initiatives on the market, which usually focus only on training or isolated tools, without the human and continuous component that exists here.
Another pillar of the program is the permanent availability of official digital content from the Ageas Seguros brand. Templates, posts, graphic resources, playbooks, and visual materials are continuously updated, ensuring communication alignment, greater agility, and reinforcement of brand awareness at all points of contact.
In its first two years, Connect established itself as a high-impact initiative within the Mediation Network, supporting a growing number of Mediators in building strong, consistent, and brand-aligned digital presences. The program has evolved continuously, integrating practical training, personalized mentoring, professional content, editorial plans, and visual resources that simplify and accelerate the Mediators' digital activity.
Training has been one of the central pillars, with dozens of hours of dedicated sessions and a close monitoring model that allows for real and sustained progress. Recognition by Mediators is very positive, reflecting a clear improvement in their digital presence, greater confidence in content creation, and a growing appreciation of the support provided by the program. Although there are common challenges, such as lack of time, the feedback collected has been instrumental in guiding the evolution of Connect and reinforcing its role as a catalyst for the digital transformation of Mediation.
The program is inspired by best practices in digital marketing, active listening by Mediators, and consumer behavior trends. It is developed in collaboration with various internal departments, including Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Training, sales teams, and external design and production partners, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and continuous evolution.
